Employment Benefits• Onsite facilities, including free on site parking!• Flexible working• 10% Annual BonusJob OverviewA Microsoft Implementation Partner based in South Wales has an increased demand for the Power Platform including Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven), Dynamics 365, Power Automate and Power BI. This role is responsible for the design and development of these solutions. Leading the engagement with the clients to elicit the requirements, complete proof of concept activity and implement the solutions. Working as part of the multi-disciplinary IT company, it would advantageous if the candidate had experience of general O365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and the Azure Platform.Duties & ResponsibilitiesGeneral:• Delivering outstanding customer service working well with customers to define requirements • Leading in the deployment and maintenance of Power Platform Solutions • Supporting Solution Architects to scope designs and projects for customers• Assisting in projects as required, both remotely and on-site as required • Assisting with research and development of products (new and old) to be used both internally and for our clients • Creating professional documentation associated with other development team members• Working within a demanding Project Environment using Agile delivery methodology• Excellent knowledge of using and developing in Microsoft applications, primarily Office 365• The ability to escalate issues and problem solve with the rest of the development team membersTechnical:• Power Platform (High Priority):o The ability to create professional Canvas Power Apps, with attractive UIso The ability to create complex enterprise Model Driven Apps, with associated system design documentso The ability to create Views, Forms and Charts within a Model Driven App o The ability to identify new technology as its released by Microsoft and research existing solutions available.o The ability to create Business Rules, Relationships and Process Flows within the Model Driven Apps• Dynamics 365 (High Priority)o The ability to deploy & configure D365 Marketing Suiteo The ability to deploy & configure D365 Sales Hubo The ability to deploy & configure D365 Project Serviceo The ability to create custom fields and workflowso The ability to set up user groups and configure the required roles• Power Automate (High Priority):o The ability to create complex workflows using Flowso The ability to utilise JSON to customize workflowso The ability to use the CDS Connectors to configure the Flowso The ability to Integrate Flows with SharePoint Lists, D365 and Other serviceso The ability to create flows in a module capacity• Power BI (Medium Priority):o The ability to create custom visualizations using standard and custom featureso The ability to create custom power queries o The ability to create custom measures & statements o The understanding of different connectivity technologies including but not limited too OData connectionso The ability to document and control the data output featureso The ability to host requirements gathering meetings with the customero The ability to host show & tell meetings with the customero The ability to control and manage changing customer requirements• Data Architecture (Medium Priority):o The ability to design and build data architecture models & solutionso The ability to build data services in Microsoft Azure, including data warehouse’so The ability to map requirements through to solutions & outcomeso The ability to define ETL Architecture focusing on Data Quality and Meta Datao The ability to implement services using Microsoft Common Data Serviceo The ability to design and implement solutions using dataflows o The ability to design and deliver azure data lake storage services• SharePoint Support (Low Priority)o The ability to complete SharePoint Migrations ~o The ability to build SharePoint listso The ability to build Content Types & Columnso The ability to build Pages and Siteso The ability to migrate environments using the Microsoft migration toolo The understanding of Microsoft Teams Required skills
