Portfolio Support Executive (Investments) Wrexham / Cardiff£Competitive SalaryOur client has an opportunity for an organised and results-focused individual to join their company and be the first point of contact for a portfolio of underperforming micro loan investments. You’ll develop an action plan for the underperforming or atrisk’ investments, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that they can maximise the returns to the Bank, monitoring any trends whilst improving investment performance. You’ll regularly liaise with the clients, ensuring they are kept informedof investment and portfolio management strategies, attending meetings with both clients and intermediaries to help promote the successful recovery of the Banks’ investments. With a good understanding of the FCA, you will ensure that we adhere to regulationsand comply with all necessary policies, maintaining accurate documentation for all related activities whilst providing a high level of customer service for each client.Self-motivated and proactive, you will be accustomed to working to time critical and sensitive work. Resilient and confident, you will be able to work under pressure to meet targets and organise your own workload, adapting to any sudden changes in the priorities.They’re looking for a results-focused individual with the drive and determination to complete work to high qualitative standards and build good relationships with clients and colleagues to foster a productive working relationship. You’ll develop an understandingof company law, insolvency law and practice as well as law relating to finance-related activity that is governed by the Consumer Credit Act. Analytical and systematic, you will have excellent problem solving and negotiation skills with good attention to detailwhen completing necessary reports and documentation.
