As PMO you will be Working with stakeholders to continually improve RAID management and data quality and be able to provide support on performing risk-based reviews to analyse and assess the maturity of Risks and Controls operating across Finance PlatformKey Accountabilities * Engages with relevant control owners to support in providing guidance to control owners on failed controls and remedial actions to ensure these are addressed properly* Define and maintain divisional standards for control by design, supporting control owners to think in new ways and adopt new guidance* Monitoring and supporting programme and project lifecycles and producing and reviewing stage gate deliverables* Have oversight of programme Governance and projects/initiatives being developed, handling communication and updates to senior stakeholders* Proactively seek ways to enhance governance processes/ procedures growing your own and others capabilities by pursuing and investing in personal development opportunities, evidencing your commitment to continuous improvement.* Take a lead in ensuring the appropriate governance is in place that enables effective programme and project status reporting with robust control over delivery plans for upward Portfolio reporting.Skills and experience * Risk management experience* Process management experience and an attitude of continuous improvement* Understanding of Programme and Project plans, lifecycles and deliverables* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write reports/ actions for different audiences with good attention to detail.* Experience with Tooling such as 1RSCA, CMT, Nerve Centre, Clarity and of Agile tools (i.e JIRA/Confluence/MSP)If you have not received a response within 48 hours of applying, please assume you have not been shortlisted this time
