Job Description

Full Stack PHP Developer (remote)Salary up to £45,000 - RemoteAre you an enthusiastic Full Stack PHP Developer with a passion for cutting-edge technology Yolk is excited to support a prominent software provider in their search for a talented Full Stack PHP Developer to join their dynamic team. This remote opportunityoffers a chance to work on innovative features leveraging the latest technologies.The role:

  • Design, code, and implement new and exciting features on our real-time web application using PHP (Laravel).
  • Collaborate with the team, utilizing JavaScript and related frontend frameworks like Vue.js, to enhance the applications functionality and user experience.
  • Work across the multi-tenant application, contributing to various features and ensuring optimal code performance and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews for fellow developers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.
The ideal candidate:
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, showcasing your expertise in PHP and related frameworks, preferably Laravel.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in JavaScript and frontend frameworks like Vue.js, with a keen eye for developing intuitive user interfaces.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful HTTP & WebSockets technologies, HTML5 & CSS3, and code versioning tools such as Git.
  • Previous exposure to automated test platforms, including unit & system tests, and experience in mobile development (iOS/Android) would be a plus.
