They will also support the management and development of the ECRM team designing and implementing a personalisation strategy for the company.Key Responsibilities & Attributes: Working across multiple teams to create customer segments Customer journey mapping and planning Making positive changes based on data to improve customer journeys and engagement A/B test planning Act as product owner for personalisation across all digital channels Creation and delivery of a successful personalisation plan for customers Identify and define key customer segments Prioritise a customer segment framework Test and optimise framework across digital channels Analytical mindset with the ability to take meaningful insights from test results and apply them to make improvements Customer-focused mindset and the ability to act as a customer experience Experience in multivariant testing Experience with Adobe Campaign and Optimizley is highly desirableThese are the highlights of what is going to be an extremely challenging and diverse role.
