Personalisation Manager£ Competitive + Excellent BenefitsCardiffPermanentA huge client of mine is on the lookout for a Personalisation Manager to join their rapidly expanding ECRM team.Reporting directly to the Head of ECRM this person will work closely with the Head of Optimisation. They will also support the management and development of the ECRM team designing and implementing a personalisation strategy for the company.Key Responsibilities & Attributes: Working across multiple teams to create customer segments Customer journey mapping and planning Making positive changes based on data to improve customer journeys and engagement A/B test planning Act as product owner for personalisation across all digital channels Creation and delivery of a successful personalisation plan for customers Identify and define key customer segments Prioritise a customer segment framework Test and optimise framework across digital channels Analytical mindset with the ability to take meaningful insights from test results and apply them to make improvements Customer-focused mindset and the ability to act as a customer experience Experience in multivariant testing Experience with Adobe Campaign and Optimizley is highly desirableThese are the highlights of what is going to be an extremely challenging and diverse role.
