Job Description

IntroductionMy Client is an established advisory practice that works within investments, pensions & financial portfolios.A background in a similar environment would be great but more importantly you will be confident in grasping your duties quickly and welcome the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial culture. You will be part of a small but growing team of professionsals and a key part of their administration function, providing you with a career path to evolve and build a future in financial services.The Clients success is a shared success environment, everyone is equal.Main responsibilities and duties:The role itself will by and large, focus on the admin side of financial services but also with an element of customer service.

  • Undertake administartion and consultation of investment scheme portfolios
  • Service members, clients and advisors in an efficient and service orientated manner
  • Work accurately and in a timely manner
  • Work well individually but also be able to collaborate with the wider team
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Experience dealing with clients and buidling excellent professional realtionships, within financial services (preferably)
  • Great IT skills and able to absorb information quickly with support initially
  • The ideal candidate will have SIPP and SSAS pension administration knowledge and exposure
  • Self-motivated and tenacious
