Mae cyfle cyffrous ac unigryw ar gael i weithiwr proffesiynol gofal iechyd profiadol ymuno a thîm rhwydwaith canser Cymru i yrru’r newid trawsnewidiol sydd ei angen i wella canlyniadau canser yng Nghymru.Mae’r rol hon yn rhoi cyfle gwych I glinigwr uchel ei gymhelliant sy’n canolbwyntio ar ganlyniadau chwarae rhan hanfodol wrth ddarparu arweinyddiaeth glinigol I’r Grwp Arweinyddiaeth Strategol (GAS) o fewn Cydweithredol GIG Cymru, I gyflawni’r newid system sydd ei angen I withredu’r Llwybr Canser Sengl (LCS).Gan weithio mewn partneriaeth a rheolwr y rhaglen a rhanddeiliaid allweddol, bydd arweinydd clinigol y llwybrau yn arwain at ddull systemau cyfan sy’n darparu llwybrau optimaidd cyson, amserol ac o ansawdd uchel sy’n seiliedig ar dystiolaeth sydd a chonsensws clinigo ledled Cymru I gyflawni’r canlyniadau gorau posibl I gleifion: cynyddu nifer y canserau a gafodd ddiagnosis yn gynharach a gwella goroesiad.Dylai’r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus feddu ar sgiliau cyfathrebu rhagorol; y gallu I adeiladu perthnasoedd gwaith cynaliadwy effeithiol gyda rhanddeiliaid a phartneriaid allweddol a phrofiad profedig o arwain a gweithredu rhaglenni / prosiectau llwyddiannus trwy ddull amlddisgyblaethol, amlddisgyblaethol a thrawsffiniol wedi’ch addysgu I lefel Meistr (neu brofiad cyfatebol), bydd gennych hefyd ddealltweriaeth o strwythurau sefydiadol a pholis Llywodraeth Cymru ar ganser.Mae’r gallu i siarad Cymraeg yn ddelfrydol ar gyfer y swydd hon; mae croeso i ymgeiswyr sy’n siarad Cymraeg a/neu Saesneg geisio am y swydd hon.This post is fixed term for 2 years. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN APPLYING FOR THE SECONDMENT POSITION, YOU MUST OBTAIN PERMISSION FROM YOUR CURRENT LINE MANAGER PRIOR TO APPLYING FOR THIS POST.An exciting and unique opportunity is available for an experienced health care professional to join the Wales cancer network team to drive the transformational change needed to improve cancer outcomes in Wales.This role provides an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and outcome focused clinician to play a crucial role in providing clinical leadership to the Strategic Leadership Group (SLG) within the NHS Wales Collaborative, to deliver the system change needed to implement the Single Cancer Pathway (SCP).Working in partnership with the programme manager and key stakeholders the pathways clinical lead will provide leadership to a whole systems approach that delivers evidence based consistent, timely, high quality optimal pathways that have clinical consensus across Wales to achieve best possible outcomes for patients; increasing the numbers of cancers diagnosed at an earlier stage and improving survival.The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills; the ability to build effective sustainable working relationships with key stakeholders and partners and proven experience of leading and implementing successful programmes/projects through a multi-disciplinary, multi-organisational and cross boundary approach.Educated to Masters level (or equivalent experience), you will also have an understanding of organisational structures and Welsh Government policy on cancer.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.For further details / informal visits contact:Bethan Hawkes Interim ManagerBethan.Hawkes@wales.nhs.uk
