Job Description

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Painter & Decorator for a client based in Cardiff. This role is temporary full time and must be available to start immediately.Job Description

  • Painting and decorating across the portfolio of the student accommodation
  • Completing planned and reactive painting and decorations works as scheduled with supervision and guidance as received.
  • Assisting with planned and reactive maintenance support.
  • Undertaking additional duties as required to assist with the running of the property.
  • Ensuring that the properties are presented to the required standard.
  • Undertaking all works to the highest safety and quality standers in line with all current regulations.
  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.
Key requirements
  • Previous experience of painting and decorating within a commercial or domestic environment.
  • You will need to have your own transport as you will be required to travel to different site locations based in Cardiff.
  • Knowledge of Health & safety legislation
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to manage owen time effectively.
  • Ability to offer flexibility on working hours.
