About the role Do you have a passion for paid search Do you check your Google Ads campaigns before you have breakfast If so,my client, an online comparison service , are looking for a new Paid Search Specialist. You must be results driven, creative, organisedand love all things PPC! As the UK’s leading comparison service, we invest a huge amount on our paid campaigns and these are key to our continued success. This is a unique opportunity to join a creative, passionate, highly successful Paid Search team withmassive plans for growth. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Paid Search Manager to implement the paid search strategy for the business. The key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to Plan and build searchcampaigns in bulk Assisting the Paid Search Manager in all new ad account setup Regular keyword research, landing page creation and search terms analysis Manage and optimize multiple Google and Microsoft Search Ads campaigns to meet and exceed performancegoal Manage and grow current campaigns Oversee Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts Ensure best practices are adhered to with regards to strategy, account structure, campaign setup and optimisation Work with our in-house design team to develop persuasive ads andlanding pages Develop compelling ad copy that effectively communicates the key benefits of our products/services Monitor and report your success Analyse campaign data and provide insights to inform future strategies Maintain insightful and cross channel trendreporting Tracking daily KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement or more efficient spend Taking things to the next level Identify new areas of paid search opportunities for the business Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensurecampaigns are utilizing the latest techniques and technologies Conduct A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance and drive cost-effective results (Ads, Landing Pages, Campaigns, etc..) The ideal candidate The key skills and qualities of the Paid SearchExecutive: Clear, demonstrable experience in a similar role, either at an agency or in house 2+ years of experience managing Google Search Ads campaigns Strong understanding of A/B testing Mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical skillswith the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling and effective ad copy Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies You will need to be up todate on your Google Ads & Bing Ads qualifications Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager while not required would be a bonus While not required, experience of lead generation would be great to bring to the table, even better if in similarservices but don’t worry if you don’t have this We are ultimately looking for a results-driven Google Search Ads Specialist with a proven track record of successThe role is fully in-house in Cardiff 5 days per week.
