Job Description

Reed HR are proud to be recruiting for a organisational and staff development manager on behalf of a large public sector organisation based in cardiff. We are thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity to work on organisational development initiativesand gain valuable experience within a large complex organisation.2 year contractWhat youll be doing:

  • Oversee the development and delivery of a new and exciting leadership development program, utilising internal and external expertise to maximize its impact on both participants and the wider organization.
  • Provide core operational management for the program. This role will be managed by the Head of Leadership and Staff Development and will report to the Research Culture Development Group, which will act as the governing body for the program.
What youll need:
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and experienced development professional, with experience of delivering high quality training and development programmes and a strong interest in organisational learning and development.
  • Confident communicator and influencer, you will be able to motivate and inspire others, and to cultivate strong stakeholder networks.
