Just Life Sciences are seeking an Operations Manager who has worked ideally with the Pharma sector.Your dutiesTo manage, lead and develop the activities of the Project Specialists, LabelProduction Team, Production Team and Production scheduling. Oversee the Production Planner to ensure sufficient time for release and despatchof supplies in accordance with Client expectations. Focus on managing the resources within the team innovatively and effectively,providing training and development opportunities to the team, handling qualityissues and supporting the delivery of the overall KPIs. Manage/coordinate the FastTrack service requirements including ProjectSpecialist, Operations and Quality roles to provide the necessary information toprepare operational documentation to the required standards and timelines todeliver the project. Work closely with Project Management to review clinical forecast and support thebusiness by identifying resource requirements. Support Client audits and visits as SME when required. Represent Clinical Operations in cross-functional initiatives at a management level. Stay abreast of GMP and other regulatory requirements and ensure study supplyactivities are aligned. Communicate operational performance to Senior Management monthly includingProduction schedule Conformance to Build Plan. Work closely with all departments to ensure effective and efficient processes are adopted, developed and maintained. Identify, support, coach, motivate and help develop the skills of the individualmembers of staff ensuring training compliance for new and current staff. Identify and support process and continuous improvements and objectives Ensure quality events are investiagted and actioned within agreed times and fully indentified root cuases and robust corrective actions.Skills/Experience
