Job Description

Are you an onboarding professional looking for autonomy, a new challenge, and a change to bring a new department to life and really drive the project This could be for you!We are continuing to work with a longstanding client of ours who are looking for a new Onboarding Manager to join their newly formed compliance team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to have the trust of the company to go in and do theirjob well, use their expertise to advice and shape the team, work with amazing and highly skilled professionals and bring this project to life.This new team has the full backing of the organisation, and everyone is very on board and excited about this function becoming centralised! Responsibilities include:
  • Team management of currently 1 person- but this is very likely to increase.
  • Leading on implementation efforts, this includes PMS configuration, electronic KYC providers etc.
  • Ensure an efficient and effective onboarding process for clients- monitoring the process to highlight any areas of improvement and implementing change.
  • Act as a point of contact for the team and the business on onboarding matters and any escalation issues.
  • Facilitate creation of options and recommendation to drive solutions.
  • Leading on regular reviews with the teams to assess progress within the business and take on any client feedback.
  • Manage internal stakeholder expectations and communicate regularly and clearly with the directors, senior leadership and other stakeholders.
This role will be the right fit if:
  • You have a strong understanding of onboarding
  • You have experience within Legal / Financial Services / Professional Services- highly regulated industries
  • You have team management experience
  • You are confident with communicating with stakeholders and handling pushback
  • You want to work autonomously and use your skills to build a team
