This role will be based in Cardiff and a weekly presenceis needed in the office. There is flexibility to work from home on some days. This can be discussed at the interview.Whats the role aboutProvides comprehensive administrative support to staff working from Wales Headquarters. This includes booking travel and accommodation, events organising and maintaining materials and equipment, diary bookings, and fleet car administration so that staffand volunteers operate efficiently. Provides a dedicated administrative support service to senior individuals or management teams, including diary management, drafting letters and other communications, organising travel and accommodation, and arranging meetings,so that the individual(s) can carry out their role as efficiently as possible.Build, maintain and develop effective relationships with people at all levels, internally and externally, using diplomacy and tact, while ensuring that complex confidential and sensitive matters are handled appropriately so that all contact is professionaland the RSPB is represented in a positive manner.Oversees the day-to-day management of the office environment, liaising with Central Services or equivalent facilities management services as necessary, ensuring the office is an efficient, effective and safe workplace.What we need from youEssential skills, knowledge and experience:
