The award-winning organization is now looking to expand their team by adding an Office/IP Assistant to assist with various duties.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking for growth and an entry into a legal setting.You have the option to work on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).Key IP Assistant Responsibilities:* Creating cold reporting / standard letters and emails* Preparing travel requests* Printing and scanning documents on request* Booking meetings* Responding to ad hoc administrative requests form the paralegal team* Exposure to the overall Patent lifecycle* Performing any other reasonable requestsKey Office Assistant Responsibilities:* Setting up meeting rooms in advance of clients arriving* Keeping communal areas such as the kitchen clean and tidy* Updating company documents when required* Replacing toners in printers when required* Scanning documents when required* Sending courier items to DHL via the Post Office, when required* Monitoring and ordering stationery and kitchen supplies* Monitoring calendars daily for visitors due in the next day* Greeting visitors as they come into the office* Holding the Accident Book for Cardiff and ensuring the First Aid box is equipped* Performing emergency light testing, door, water and fire extinguisher checksSkills Required:* An appropriate professional attitude (personable, well prepared, flexible and enthusiastic)* Excellent written and oral communication skills* Ability to deal with a variety of people at different levels* Ability to work under pressure* Excellent research and presentation skills* Self-motivation, and the ability to manage own workload* Meticulous attention to detail, and an analytical mind* Initiative and the ability to act independentlyCompany Benefits* Discretionary bonus* 25 days of holiday, excluding bank holidays* Private medical health care* Free eye tests* Cycle to work scheme* Season ticket loan* Electric vehicle scheme* Group personal pension plan* Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leaveIf you have any questions regarding this role, please contact Jack at LNJ Recruitment today.
