Job Description

  • Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Hours: Friday - 8:30-4:00pm

Our client is a longstanding, successful business with an excellent work ethic andcarries over 30 years of business servicing the HVAC industry.Main Purpose of the Role:To provide support and assistance to the current accounts and sales teams. You will beself-motivated, able to work as part of a team and want to forge a career in an extremely successful business.Responsibilities:
  • Processing of supplier invoices via company PKS system
  • Raising supplier debits and customer credits
  • Cost and stock adjustments
  • Banking and petty cash
  • Organising company post
  • Document organisation and filing
  • Stock take administration
  • Customer order entry
  • Receiving incoming customer calls
