Our client, a reputable pension provider is looking for a Office Administrator to:-Incoming post to be distributed by 10am each day - including special delivery post.Outgoing post to be franked and ready for collection by 4:30pm each day.Scanning to be uploaded to SharePoint and logged on Pro within 24 hours of receipt and filed appropriately.Stationery levels to be monitored and minimum levels maintained. Orders also to be placed for catering/supplies as and when required.Effective control of offsite storage, to include pro-active chasing of offsite files and subsequent return of files to storage.To keep meeting rooms tidy. Rooms to be checked first thing each morning.Logging guests - Guestbook to be used for signing in and out at all times.To act as point of contact for all maintenance issues through to completion.To answer the main office telephone and door entry system professionally and promptly, taking appropriate action.To cover telephones for teams as and when required.To assist with team filing and administration as and when required.To identify and submit continuous improvement ideas to help improve the business.To adhere to company DPA policy regarding storage of information: e.g. files locked away each night, desk kept clear.To ensure that customers are treated fairly whilst best representing the interests of the business.To adhere to Health and Safety rules and general office tidiness guidelines.Ensure that all mandatory Workwise regulatory training modules are completed in accordance with business requirements.To carry out any other tasks/secondment as deemed appropriate and reasonable by the management team in order to meet the objectives of the business.Experience and Education RequirementsEssential:Good literacy and numerical skills.Ability to work on own initiative and support others in a team where necessary.Good IT Skills.Desirable:Working knowledge/experience of SSAS and/or SIPP.
