Job Description

NHS Digital Content Officer - Temporary role until March 2023Grade: Band 5Contract: Until March 2023Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours a weekRate of Pay: To be confirmedLocation: Tyndall Street, Cardiff (Hybrid - site initially, scope for hybrid)OverviewBrook Street (BS) Social Care are currently working alongside the NHS to aid in recruiting for digital content officers for short term contracts.You will be responsible within the Vaccine Preventable Disease Programme (VPDP) for working with various contacts within the programme to ensure efficient and timely information is transferred through a range of channels. Through this, you will be managing,planning and presenting content in line with national vaccination programmes via specific digital channels.The 37.5 hours will be worked Monday-Friday however there is flexibility around start and end times with core hours being 10am-3pm. Initially you will be based on site in the Cardiff office with scope for a hybrid working. Suitable candidates will have experiencewithin the same/similar roles and will require the individual to be flexible due to the reactive nature of the role.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable.Skills

Requirements
  • Relevant Honours Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in web design, build and content management
  • Keen eye for design and attention to detail
  • Experience in implementing digital communication strategies
  • Experience in uploading digital content for channels
