Job Description

  • Starting salary up to £8.72 per hour plus bonus earned!
  • 42.5 hour 5-day working week between Tuesday-Sunday.

    • Due to business expansion our client, a franchise approved motorcycle dealership in the Cardiff region, requires an experienced and professional Parts & Accessories Advisor to join their Parts Department!Reporting to the Aftersales Manager and working as part of a friendly team, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting in the running of a busy Parts/Accessories Department.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of parts/accessories and their availability.
  • Ordering goods for customers and ensuring consistent updates are provided.
  • Ensuring that daily budgets are met.
  • Servicing the Motorcycle Technicians with parts.
  • Producing quotes for the Sales Department
  • Inventory checks.
  • Listing items online via our clients website and third-party advertisers.
  • Ensuring deliveries, returns, and orders are secured and on time.
    • In order to be eligible, you will ideally live in the Cardiff region or live within an easily commutable distance of Cardiff. You will need to hold recent or current experience working with automotive parts and any experience with motorcycles would be highly beneficial. You will also need to be IT literate given you will work daily with an electronic parts catalogue system, hold a UK driving license with minimal points, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic telephone manner.For your hard work, our client is offering…
  • Starting salary up to £8.72 per hour.

  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (any bank holidays worked you gain a day off in lieu to compensate for it).

  • You are required to work an average 42.5 hour week 5 days per week. Tuesday-Friday working hours are 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturdays are 9:00am-5:00pm, and Sundays are 10:00am-4:00pm. Mondays are not required and your other day off is on a rota.
