Motor assistant coordinators(Homebased) - Required for this expanding global business. They are looking for 10 motor assistant coordinators to work various shifts from home. Salary £21,700 plus £1500 bonus plus bonus for unsociable shifts.Motor assistants coordinators duties-To handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner in line with the company and client expectations.- To provide a proactive response to Road side assistance calls by advising client on minor technical queries and providing solutions-To ensure that the relevant supervisor/Manager is informed of any service failure or potential problem-To manage each assistance file to ensure that customers receive the most appropriate service in a timely and cost effective manner- To monitor all aspects of the file to ensure that all services are provided at the agreed time and that the customer is kept fully appraised of the progress- To ensure that all benefits are applied in the most cost effective manner-To ensure that accurate costings are given for all assistance files utilising available systems Motor assistant coordinators skills required-A genuine desire to provide a high level of customer service-The ability to effectively manage multiple cases-Excellent telephone manner-Fast accurate typing skills-Good geographical knowledge-Proven experience of providing a quality customer service within a pressurised environment- Enthusiastic, Diplomatic, Calm under pressureAdditional information-Rota on request, shifts starting from 6.30am finishing late evening, after 6 months the twilight shifts an night shifts are introduced range from, twilight being 6.30pm to 2am and night shifts 9pm to 7am.-Must have a landline-Wifi is a mustIf you are interested in the the above role please apply online or send your cv to quoting DT Dont keep a good thing to yourselfWe grow our business through referrals, so please dont keep us to yourself.
