Mobile Handy person / Fabric EngineerMobile - Swansea SA7£28,000 - £33,000 + OvertimeMonday - Friday, 8 hours per dayWe have a fantastic opportunity available working for an up and coming Small Works provider based out of Swansea, for a Small works / fabric engineer to support across multiple commercial sites in the South Wales area and sometimes beyond as and when required.Duties and Responsibilities of the successful Engineer:Ability to provide clean and efficient works across a multitude of sites ranging from commercial, to industrial and government buildings.Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance serviceProvide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performanceProvide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are metCarry out modifications and installations when requiredLiaise with sub-contractors and external suppliersTake ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standardLiaise with client/managementQualifications and Experience for the Small Works / Fabric Engineer:NVQ / City & Guilds in either carpentry, plumbing, electrical,Previous maintenance experience in a commercial environment and be flexible towards work & carry out duties that may not be specific to your tradeVery well presentedClient facing experience (desirable)Benefits of being a Small works / Fabric Engineer:£28,000 - £33,000+ per yearUniform, PPE, Phone Provided20 days annual leave + 8 days1.5x/2x overtime ratesIf you are interested in this role please apply or alternatively, please call the office on and ask for Alex Small works / Multi-Skilled Engineer / Fabric Engineer / Maintenance Electrician / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / Mobile Maintenance Engineer / Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer / HVAC engineer
