Job Description

Looking to take that first step into Merchandising Great entry level role with a well known retailer. Great opportunity to kick start your merch career. My client is a UK brand steeped in history and heritage, long established on the UK high street. They are looking for entry level and MAAs to join them in their Cardiff head office in the Merchandising department.As Merchandiser Admin Assistant you will sit in the fashion department. This great opportunity will give you exposure to a working within a large organisation. Managing stock channels, for UK stores and online processes. Daily responsibilities will involvepreparing and reviewing department analysis, supporting planning processes. WSSI management. Stock management through the supply chain process. YOU MUST HAVE: MAA experience or interned in a retail environment.Experience within the retail industry. Knowledge of using WSSI.Strong excel skills, knowledge of pivot tables.People management experience. Supplier management. Analytical thinker, stock control and allocating experience. DESIRABLE BEHAVIOURS: Team player. Ability to communicate at a senior level. A strong eye for detail. Ability to manage the process from start to finish. Experience working in a similar role. **Please note that this is not a VISUAL merchandising role. This is office based, Monday to Friday.
