Job Description

Are you a Support Analyst with experience in incident management looking for a role focusing on Major Incidents Were helping our Cardiff based client scale up a team of 5; the role involves incident management across a range of systems; mainly P1 and P2.If you have experience in P3, P4 or P5, we welcome your application!About the Company:

About you:
  • Youll deal well under pressure with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
  • Communication skills will be a key strength as liaising with stakeholders is a key part of the role.
  • Whether youre a Support Analyst with incident management experience or an analyst supporting the team with Major Incidents, we want to hear from you.
About the role/tech:
  • Managing incoming major incidents, analysing them to understand their impact and priority.
  • Coordinating fault resolution with technical teams, minimising system downtime.
  • Communicating regular major incident updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitating and coordinating technical meetings for major incidents and problem investigations where the root cause is unknown or complex.
