Job Description

Workplace Services M365 Specialist Cardiff £50,000 to £55,000 + Bonus + Full BenefitsThis is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced Workplace Services M365 specialist to join a leading IT organisation based in Cardiff.Working within the Workplace Services Technical Product Team, you, as the Workplace Services M365 Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting M365 Cloud and related on premise services for new and existing customers. With significanthand-on experience administering large M365 (Office, Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams, Azure AD, Intune), Exchange hybrid environmentsEspecially important in this role of Workplace Services M365 Specialist, is an excellent knowledge and significant experience with SCCM and Intune to deploy laptop images and package applications.Key skills for the Workplace Services M365 Specialist include:

  • M365 Cloud (Office, Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams, Azure AD, Intune)
  • SCCM (laptop builds, application packaging and deployment, EUD patching)
  • Intune
  • Windows Hello
  • Endpoint Manager
  • MCAS
  • Compliance Manager
  • Windows 10/11 technologies (AutoPilot, AlwaysOn VPN, BitLocker, MDM and MAM, Defender ATP, Windows Virtual Desktop, System Centre)
In order to be successful in your application for the workplace services M365 specialist, you should have experience in:
  • Significant experience of providing engineering support covering complex: incident, problem and change management
  • High level of experience in working with Microsoft 365.
  • Exceptional SCCM competency
  • Demonstrable experience with troubleshooting in complex enterprise environments
  • Intermediate level or better proficiency with Microsoft PowerShell
  • Understanding of Active Directory
  • Keen sense of customer/solution ownership, an overall drive for excellence, and a proven ability to manage assigned project tasks to successful completion
  • Experience in formal change processes and documenting change.
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
