Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development professional to join a well-established law firm in CARDIFF. The ideal candidate will have minimum 12 months experience working within a professional services environment in an L&D role, feel confident presenting and delivering training sessions and experience of dealing with key stakeholders.Location - Cardiff office (Hybrid)Job descriptionAn exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development professional to join our growing team, developing and delivering training both in person across our multiple offices and remotly, maximising enrolments and identifying the learning needs of all staff withinthe firm.Reporting to the L&D Manager, this role will include:

  • Coordinating training sessions for new and existing staff.
  • Work with departments across the firm to identify learning needs proactively.
  • Updating session plans, learning resources and guides when required
  • Manage and deliver the in-house Leadership Development Program
  • Manage and deliver any training related to interpersonal of behavioural skills development.
  • Maintain the firms learning management system to ensure records are up to date and accurate.
  • The role will also involve travel between office sites as directed by the L&D Manager.
