They are also some of the countrys most compassionate and dedicated people who step forward to help make society better connected and more inclusive where everyone can thrive.Were currently looking for a Learning and Development Systems Designer to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.The roleAs a Learning and Development Systems Designer, you will assist with the design and development of digital learning solutions and take a lead in the development and maintenance of our L&D systems and LMS.Maintaining the E-Learning website and supporting course users, you will provide technical support as well as uploading new users and course content and materials.You will liaise with Subject Matter Experts to storyboard and create learning solutions and design and produce interactive, bite sized and engaging learning solutions.Additionally, you will:- Create frameworks, scripts and learning pathways- Maintain a learning content register- Monitor design and learning sector trend- Produce quantifiable data to evaluate trainingWorking HoursThis is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, MondayFriday.Interested If so, you will need:- Experience in producing effective digital training solutions- Experience of managing databases and systems- Technical knowledge of the learning management system Moodle and use of Articulate Storyline and Rise software- The ability to communicate technical information to internal non-technical users- The ability to identify reoccurring problems and suggest solutions- Advanced literacy, report writing, numeracy and analytical skills- Strong visual design skills with an interest in engaging users in fresh ways- Significant knowledge of Microsoft Office packagesWord, Excel, PowerPoint and TeamsWhy you should join our teamWere proud to be in the top 25 not-for-profit organisations to work for in the UK, based on ratings from Indeed.
