Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

  • Implementation, coaching and delivery of the FLIGHT DECK business system
  • Identifying and improve business outcomes through the application of Lean techniques to deliver customer performance
  • Coach and engage the wider business levels to facilitate the daily management and cadence of Leadership standard Work
  • Support and lead Kaizen activity throughout the site
  • provide focus and training for core fundamentals of lean through SQDC application.
  • Ability to Lead and Facilitate problem solving to improve performance and eliminate Waste and Non value activity.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Facilitate and Lead Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen Roadmap execution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Lean / Operations Discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated Kaizen delivery experience across VSM, Standard Work, Problem Solving, 3P.
  • SQDC daily management expert.
  • Problem solving and root cause Experience - coaching and individual performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication style.
  • Kanban Implementation knowledge and demonstrated history.
  • Performance improvement and waste elimination demonstrated experience.
