Lead Developer / Head of Development / Cardiff / £60,000 - £70,000 per annum basic salary + 25 Days holiday (plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown) + 9% Pension + Profit Share SchemeThis is a great opportunity to join a Microsoft Gold Partner with some really exciting projects lined up for 2021 and beyond. With over a 100% growth in both profit and turnover for the last 2 years, theyre now looking for a Head of Development to fit into an established but growing team focusing on projects valued up to £2 million.Youll be responsible for the day to day operations of the PowerPlatform Team, as well as having a strategic view of how the practice should grow and expand to provide more services. Youd still be in a technical/hands on role with an added focus on the quality of work within your team.
