My client are recruiting a Lead Application Support Specialist for a permanent role in Cardiff, with a salary circa £35,000 - £50,000pa.You will be required to manage daily workloadsof team members and ensure support requests are resolved within SLAs, in addition to mentoring the team,and representing them in management meetings. Additionally reporting on key ticket trends and problemareas, then developing continuous improvement processed enabling customers to self diagnose and fix issues.We are open to seeing applications from Lead App Support Specialists, or candidates in Senior App Support / Systems Analyst positions with a desire to move in to a Lead position.Requirements: - Minimum 3+ years Application Support experience Solid experience installing, integrating to, testing and training others on Enterprise Software (e.g. ERP, CRM, API)
