The RoleLaw Costs Draftsperson to join Top 100 firm in CardiffWithin one of the largest and highly-regarded costs team in the UK, you will work closely with the Claimant teams while also providing general support for teams throughout the rest of the firm.The team work predominately on estimates, cost budgets, bill preparation and cost negotiations, they also attend court for detailed assessment and cost and case management hearings.As part of a team, you will prepare bills of costs (primarily for personal injury claims but also for commercial dispute cases) prepare points of dispute and replies, prepare cost budgets, attend CCMC hearing, attend detailed assessment hearings and mediate cost settlements The Requirements
