Company: Inizio Engage Position: Therapy Area Specialist Territory: Opportunities Nationwide Therapy Area: Rheumatology Vacancy Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive Inizio Engage have the pleasure of working with one of the leading global pharmaceutical companiesto recruit a new team build of Rheumatology Therapy Area Specialists, the successful candidate will be required to promote the Rheumatology portfolio, implement projects and initiatives across a range of accounts. Our client has been present in the UK for70 years and has over 150 medicines. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: * Demonstrate sustained in-depth disease, brand and environmental knowledge (patient pathway, stakeholder mapping) to deliver impactful In Call Effectiveness to maximize the value and uptake of ourmedicines, outcomes and ROI * Targeted Customer Engagement of key individual stakeholders and organisations across the patient pathway, in order to secure optimal patient access within the local NHS system, based upon the value of our medicines * Develop KeyClinical Experts to advocate the value of and, maximise the appropriate use of our medicines and benefits for patients * Account planning & prioritisation; Demonstrate excellence in prioritization, development & execution of best in class account plans incollaboration with cross functional team (Local, National & alliance where relevant) to deliver impactful strategies that accelerate value for our client, Health and Care Systems and Patient * Operate with a Digital First multichannel mindset, demonstratinghigh capability and deployment of digital technology and channels, to further enhance customer experience, maximise colleague efficiency and ensure optimal patient access to our medicines * Role model living our Purpose, Values & Behaviours to ensure thatour Culture is diverse & inclusive where everyone can thrive. A growth orientated mindset demonstrating Courageous thinking, thoughtful risk taking & aspirational goal setting BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE * Account management capabilities at a seniorlevel in secondary care * Strong understanding of the NHS commercial environment and structures * Excellent selling and influencing skills with clear and persuasive communication and ability to deliver compelling commercial narratives * Demonstrates a strongability to lead without authority * Excellent commercial acumen * Demonstrates strong customer relationship management abilities * Must be able to flex and adapt rapidly to new situations and continually seek for new opportunities. * Stakeholder management* Excellent planning and prioritising skills and be able to work autonomously and as part of a team. * University degree or equivalent (Science and/or Microbiology background would be preferable) * Promote ongoing learning agility and Continuous ProfessionalDevelopment for self and others, demonstrating a growth mindset * Fully conversant with requirements of ABPI Code of Practice * Driving license BACKGROUND At Inizio Engage you’ll find a challenging, fast-paced and rewarding environment, but also one that’scaring, nurturing and supportive.
