An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Trainer to join our clients Learning and Development team, based in their Cardiff Office.Reporting to the Learning and Development manager this role will include:Delivering face to face and remote training sessions to new and existing staff to enable them to use the IT systems required to fulfil their dutiesWork responsively to address requests for assistance promptly and effectivelyUpdate session plans, learning resources, guides where requiredWork with departments across the firm to identify learning needs proactivelyExperience/Skills:Experience delivering trainingGreat attention to detailPersonable and confidentTeam playerStrong IT skillsOur culture is friendly and collegiate, but we maintain the professional atmosphere you would expect from a modern firm.
