Job Description

IT Service Desk Analyst Cardiff - Hybrid £20,000 to £25,000 + Holidays + Pension + Birthdays off Fantastic opportunity to join one of the UKs top law firms. They are offering the chance to join their IT Service Desk team. You will play a major part in providing top quality customer service and ensuring smooth running of their IT systems. The company are one of the UKs biggest Law Firms with offices all over the UK. They are looking to add to their service desk team to support the growth of their already well established client based. They are looking to become a market leader in the near future.They have an amazing culture which is professional but still friendly and collegiate. In this role, you will be working with other like-minded service desk analysts and reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager. You will be logging calls, troubleshooting both remotely and in person and providing support for Windows 10, Office 365, iManage DocumentManagement System and more! All whilst providing the highest quality of customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience working in an IT Service Desk Analyst role or equivalent. You will be highly literate in IT and have extensive experience with both Office 365 and Windows 10. They will be able to demonstrate competencyin working with various computing platforms and applications. This is a great opportunity to bolster your experience in IT service desk whilst working for and support them in achieving their goal of becoming the biggest law firm in the UK. The Role:

  • IT Service Desk Analyst
  • Logging calls and troubleshooting both remotely and in person
  • Maintaining high level of customer service
  • Support for Office 365, Windows 10, iManage, Visual Files Case Management System
The Person
  • 2+ Years experience in a service desk environment
  • High level of IT literacy
  • Great with Office 365 and Windows 10
  • Microsoft Certified Professional and ITIL Qualifications are a plus!
