IT Infrastructure Project Manager - Fully Remote£45k - 65k + Bonus and Benefits(depending on experience)The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional business value to clients. The PM will be responsiblefor managing several concurrent high visibility projects using agile / waterfall / hybrid methods in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple business divisions.Key ResponsibilitiesTake overall responsibility for the delivery of project products using appropriate deployment methodologies (PRINCE 2, Agile / Scrum, Hybrid) and including but not limited to:PIDs, Project Planning and ManagementCAPEX / OPEX Financial ManagementResource and Team ManagementTechnical Products (HLD /LLD)Risk and Issue ManagementProject Boards and Product Owner / Sponsor SupportProject Process Management and ImprovementEssential Skills5+ years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager successfully managing Azure, server, storage, security, backup, networks or data centre migrationsExperience managing multi-function project teams with 5-10+ team membersPRINCE 2 and / or Agile accreditation and / or equivalent practical knowledge & experienceExperience setup up, presenting and leading Project BoardsDetailed understand and experience of Risk ManagementStrong interpersonal skills including mentoring, collaborating, and team buildingWriting detailed and good quality documentation to support technical implementationStrong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demandsAbility to establish & maintain high level of customer trust and confidenceMicrosoft Project, Visio, MS Excel, SharePoint and the other Office 365 toolsExcellent oral & written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT at all levelsCreative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "bigpicture"Desirable SkillsDegree level education or equivalentMembership to a professional organisation (e.g. APM (RPP) / PMI / BCS)Proof of technical background through previous or current accreditationsExperience of contract negotiation and vendor/supplier managementExperience of designing & facilitating workshops for customersExperience of delivering presentations to customers and partners in both pre-sales and delivery phases of the projectIf you are interested in hearing more about the IT Infrastructure Project Manager fully remote role offering £45k - £65k please click on the link to apply
