Our London based client requires a senior, values driven HR professional to WFH and visit site whilst overseeing, managing and leading the transformational and cultural change programme within this complex organisation. Reporting to the Management Board, you will be immediately available to commit to a minimum of 6 months and boast a proven track record in the successful troubleshooting of change projects including senior recruitment. Role requirement- Oversee the implementation of the key strategic recommendations and Action Plan.- Regularly reporting progress to the MB/Project Group Sub-Committee.- Managing communications and engagement with all staff and members.- Review what organisational structure and governance is best suited to the organisation and draft detailed proposals for MB approval.- Lead and implement any agreed restructure and governance arrangements, including all consultation and engagement with staff and members.- Oversee and manage the recruitment of a CEO/Senior Leader (within 3 months)- Assess what HR support is required on an ongoing and permanent basis and report to the MB. To lead the recruitment and appointment process and transition so that HR support is place to follow on from the end of the interim contract term.- Manage cultural change programme to ensure that;-o day to day practices and behaviours of staff and members of the organisation are reflective of the values and ethos.o that the organisation is leading in promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment, employment and dealings with staff and members.- Undertake a diversity pay gap analysis and report findings and any proposals to address pay gaps to the MB.- Review recruitment processes and put in place a plan to improve recruitment processes and diversity across the organisation, including innovative proposals to promote greater diversity.- Appropriately manage/oversee any employee relationship issues that arise.- Review effectiveness of performance management processes.- Control and report on HR budget, current and future staff costs.- Assess training needs for organisation and put in place development plan.Skills/Experience- Senior HR experience- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading change programmes/cultural change- Project management- Influencing skills- Key stakeholder management- Values driven, high standards of integrity and professional/ethical standards Required skills
