Infrastructure Manager(Cardiff)Salary up to £53,000, Hybrid (3 days in the office)My client is looking for a Infrastructure Lead working as part of a small IT team, you will be leading the Infrastructure team and ensuring infrastructure and security best practices are ingrained into the team. This is a great opportunity for someone technicallyled to develop their skills into management. You will need to set objectives and run monthly appraisals to ensure the team are aligned to the business objectives and values. Additionally, providing escalation support for the Infrastructure team and ServiceDesk team, ensuring a professional conclusion to their issue is provided.You will supplement the technical knowledge within the team and take ownership of certain projects. The Infrastructure team are responsible for infrastructure and security monitoring, which also encompasses remediation of any vulnerabilities. With providinga managed service to our customers, we require on-call and out of hours working when required.
