We are currently recruiting for our client who is a well-known steelworks contractor at Celsa Steel in Cardiff. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am to 4pm, with overtime when required paying£10.50 - £11.50 per hour for the right candidate.You will be required to manage a team of four industrial cleaners whilst liaising with clients each day to assist them with site requests therefore experience of managing people is essential. You must also have a current Fork Lift Truck Licence, experienceand a good knowledge of jetting equipment and industrial vacuum units is also required. You must be confident working in confined spaces, be customer orientated and results focused as well as being a positive role model with high personal values that is organisedand strives for continuous improvement.There is a daily schedule of tasks that needs to be completed as well additional requirements. You will be required to drive continuous process improvements, achieve performance targets and maximise customer satisfaction.
