THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT UNTIL 31/03/21 DUE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE .IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN APPLYING FOR THE SECONDMENT POSITION, YOU MUST OBTAIN PERMISSION FROM YOUR CURRENT LINE MANAGER PRIOR TO APPLYING FOR THIS POST. We are looking for someone to work with us at the heart of the Cardiff and Vale Integrated Health and Social Care Partnership, supporting our partners to deliver major change programmes to implement A Healthier Wales in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.We work with our partners to shape the future of health and social care delivery across our region, building new ways of working that put the person and their family at the centre.Our busy team supports all partners and works closely with Welsh Government. The role will be flexible, supporting a range of programmes and projects that are already well established. You will work very closely with operational, planning and finance leads across the partnership. Our focus now is on bringing projects to a successful conclusion with clear business cases to enable partners to make decisions on long-term funding. You will be involved in supporting business case development, evaluation and reporting to both our partnership and Welsh Government.Were looking for someone who is flexible and adaptable and can work comfortably with uncertainty and a rapidly changing environment with a wide range of people in many different roles and organisations. You will be great at building relationships and trust and be seen as a safe pair of hands to get things done. You will be organised and focused and able to juggle a lot of demands at once to enable services to achieve the best outcomes for people.
