About the roleWe are seeking an Implementation Coordinator to join our highly motivated, high velocity and growingteam in our Cardiff Office.Liaising and working with the Head of Implementations, Implementations Manager, the UK Team and our external LEAP Certified Consultants (LCCs), to deliver world class software implementations including data migrations.During thedelivery of such services via the LEAP Partner Network, the unique character of the LEAP client base will need to be considered; the majority of LEAP clients are small law firms and installations need to be quick and effective as consulting time is usuallylimited and capped. Working Pattern08:30 - 1700 Monday to Friday, Cardiff OfficeInitially a hybrid working pattern combining working from our COVID compliant office alongside remote working while we navigate this period.RequirementsIDEAL CANDIDATE The idealcandidate will bring prior experience working in Software as a Service and/or the legal sector. They will demonstrate intuitive, analytical, and problem-solving skills while exhibiting, motivation, determination, and decisiveness despite external pressures.They can effectively build project plans and maintain full accountability for their delivery and possess the confidence to liaise with key stakeholders. REPORTS TO Head of ImplementationsRESPONSIBILITIES Managing own implementation pipeline and seeing implementationsthrough from start to finish Ensuring that a high standard of data entry is maintained in internal systems Checking clients PCs for System Requirement compatibility using remote access software Scheduling all implementations that are kept in-house for on-boardingLiaising with client and setting their expectation for the data migration Following up with clients after the implementation Obtaining Implementation Surveys Answering clients pre-implementation queries Assist external consultants with clients queries Identify& resolve issues and enquiries from members of the team, Partner Network and Clients Maintain Implementations documentation, policies and procedures Monitor correct use of LEAP policies & procedures Revising Implementation processes to improve client & consultantexperience Assist with organising required training, presentations and events for external consultants. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skillsand an ability to listen, understand and recommend solutions within the scope of the software and Partner Network role. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment. Ability to work both autonomously andwithin a team environment Self-motivated to innovate within the job and look for new opportunities both within the team and the Partner Network.
