Job Description

IFA Administrator£18,000 - £23,000 - plus benefitsIFA Administrator required by a highly successful wealth management firm based in Cardiff. Due to continued growth, they now require an experienced Administrator to support the company Director.You will work across the full range of Pensions, Investments and Protection and be responsible for:

  • Managing the Advisers diary and client appointments
  • Preparing meeting packs for clients initial meetings
  • Preparing review packs for existing clients including portfolio valuations
  • Preparing portfolio valuations as requested.
  • Preparing and issuing Letters of Authority
  • Chasers
  • Simplified advice reports (i.e., investment top ups)
  • Updating client records
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates need to have:
  • IFA Administration experience
  • Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
  • Progress towards professional qualifications would be an advantage
In return you will receive:
  • Basic Salary up to £23,000
  • Working with experienced Independent Financial Planners
  • 4 day workingf week - paid for 5 days
  • Discretionary bonus
  • Study support towards Level 4 Diploma and further CII exams if desired
