Job Description

Hoop Human Resources are proud to be supporting a Public Sector organisation, central to Cardiff, on the hunt for 2 x HR Partners. Both contracts are for 6 months, but there is a possibility that one of these may become a permanent role.The salary for this post is circa £35k pa and there are excellent benefits including:

Both roles are generalist opportunities, one has more of a focus on projects including EDI and L&D, and the other role will covering more ER case work and policy development. However, both roles would be considered as generalist and include:
  • Providing HR support to line managers and stakeholders
  • Recruitment and on-boarding
  • Updating HR policies and processes
  • Producing monthly / quarterly HR management information
  • Working on HR Projects
  • Liaising with trade unions
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified to level 5 (or we will consider candidates who have relevant experience). You must have experience in a generalist HR role and be able to manage HR casework and have a sound understanding of employment law and policy.If you would like more information about these roles please apply online today or give us a call on .
