  • Coordinate user acceptance testing for the new ADP system.
  • Develop test cases and scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Execute test scripts to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Document and report any issues or discrepancies identified during testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and address identified issues.
  • Provide training and support to users during the testing phase.
  • Ensure successful deployment and adoption of the new ADP system.
Profile
  • Proficiency in using ADP systems and other HRIS platforms.
  • Understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
  • Analytical skills for testing and analyzing complex data sets.
  • Clear communication skills for conveying technical concepts to stakeholders.
  • Project management experience, including task prioritization and timeline management.
  • Adaptability to learn new technologies and handle evolving project requirements.
  • Commitment to compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
