Are you a HR Business Partner looking for a role that will not only challenge you but will also develop your existing skills and offer career progressionIf yes, KM4HR are exclusive working with this large, forward thinking organisation to recruit their next HR hire, who will support them through a major period of transformation and cultural change.With a heavy focus on employee engagement and HR as a service, this role is needing both a strategic thinking Business Partner who can also advise senior level stakeholders to influence employee relations at all levels.If you have a strong interest in the following areas this could be a role you want to consider;· Culture and performance· Creating sustainable change· People management projectsDaily you will be supporting senior leaders with expert advice and guidance to enable decision making and future planning. You will have access to volumes of management information to produce high impacting reports and will lead or heavily support on majorprojects which will be delivered company/UK wide.Whilst technical experience in a similar HRBP role is required, it’s also vital that you are a strong collaborator who can work with the wider HR team and across all business levels.This position is offered on a hybrid contract with travel required in the South West region. Days/hours spent in the office will be agreed at offer stage. Typically the HR team are in the office 3 days per week but with flexibility offered on both sides.
