Our client requires a resilient, confident HR Business Partner to make an impressive impact on all aspects of organisational change and complex ER casework expected amid a large-scale change programme within a challenging and fast paced work environment.Flexible on location, this person can be based in Cardiff, Swansea or Abercynon and this is 12m FTC with ideally an immediate start.The main elements of the role are as follows:·Ability to understand multiple business areas and build strong working relationships from day 1.·Ability to manage the expectations of a diverse group role customer/client base.·Experience of working with the business areas on the development of organisational changes.·Resilience and flexible.·A numerate HR professional with good analytical skills.·A team player who is also used to working remotely.·Experience of complex cases with the ability to guide managers through the process. Some managers need more guidance than others so they should have the ability to assess the level of competence quickly so that they can offer the appropriate levels of support rather than do the work.CVs to Mera Mann.
