Job Description

Interested in working for a people-oriented organisation that offers a 35-hour working weekOur Cardiff based client is looking for an experience HR Administrator with iTrent experience to join the team on a 6-month FTC basis.This is a hybrid role offering up to £23,000 pro rata, along with additional benefits such as flexibility, a 35 hour working week, 25 days holiday entitlement, pension scheme, medical cash back scheme, and extra discounts.Not only will you be joining an extremely established organisation with an amazing reputation, but you will also be joining a long-standing HR team who will support you implicitly throughout the contract.Duties include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR related queries
  • Inbox management
  • Maintain employee personnel files.
  • Administer disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain and update the HRIS (iTrent) system.
  • Process starters and leavers
  • Conduct pre-employment checks.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Assisting the interview panel during face to face and virtual meetings.
