Help to Buy Team Manager - Securities / Financial Services£31,200 + depending on skillsCardiff or WrexhamWe have an opportunity for a Help to Buy Team Manager to be responsible for coordinating the day to day administrative and processing activities the HTBW Post Sales, Pre Sales & Land Registry or Collections Team, including sanctioning referrals within theirdelegated authority.Within this role you will ensure quality customer service is consistently delivered through effective processing of shared equity loan applications through various post application scenarios. You will ensure that internal targets and those of the Welsh GovernmentHomes and Places Department are met and be responsible for creating, implementing and updating sound workflows, processes and procedures. Confident in your own decision-making skills, you will ensure that received applications are assessed fairly and in linewith current policy and SLAs.We are looking for a Manager with strong experience of performance management, coaching and undertaking meaningful 1-2-1 meetings.The successful candidate will have proven experience of working within a Securities or Financial Services environment in a customer-centric role and will be responsible for ensuring that all our events are fully processed, completed, and registered accordingly.You will have a good understanding of the processes involved in home buying of affordable products and have the ability to adhere to strict administrative procedures in relation to the delivery of required Service Level Agreements.About usHelp to Buy - Wales provides Welsh Government shared equity loans to buyers of new-build homes and aims to provide support to people, who would not be able to get onto the property ladder without the scheme. Eligible buyers can borrow up to 20% of the marketvalue of a new home. The scheme supports the purchase of homes bought through a registered Help to Buy - Wales builder.The Help to Buy Wales team supports customers through the process of applying for an equity share loan, managing the loan through its lifecycle over 25 years, and any post completions events that may occur i.e., change of ownership, financial difficulty,redemption.Phase 3 of Help to Buy in Wales has recently been extended and will be available until March 2025.
