Trecco Bay beach holds a prestigious Blue Flag Award for the 14th consecutive year which marks it as one of the best beaches in the country!With a range of great accommodation, you can enjoy lodge or caravan holidays at Trecco Bay or come back time and again with caravan or lodge ownership.Health & Safety AdminstratorTrecco Bay Holiday Park are delighted to be recruiting for a Health & Safety Administrator to join their team.Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be require to effectively take a lead in the management of the health & safety administration function of the park, ensuring efficient and effective management of the Prime health & Safety system.Your key responsibilities will include:* Full management of the Prime health and safety system, ensuring it is up to date at all times.* Working closely with the Maintenance Manager and wider maintenance team to ensure all incidents and accidents are recoded correctly.* Production of reports and statistics in regards to accidents and incidents on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.* Inputting health & safety audit and inspection findings onto the health & safety management system.* Liaising with the central health & safety team on a regular basis and supporting with any requests for information.* Taking a lead in raising purchase orders and dealing with any invoices in relation to the health & safety and maintenance function.The successful Person will:* Have previous experience of working within in administration role.* Ideally have some experience of working with health & safety information or systems.* Have strong organisation skills with a keen eye for detail.* Be IT literate, ideally with experience of using Microsoft Excel.What can we offer you* Competitive rates of pay* Discretionary bonus packages* Fantastic team environment* 25% discount on holidays for yourself, friends and family* Stand-by breaks available at a discounted rate* Full uniform provided where necessary* Full trainingTo start Creating Amazing Memories with us, apply now!
