Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take responsibility for driving the expansion of the company’s commercial activity in order to increase revenues and grow our customer base.Your role will be to deliver a sales strategy designed to accelerate growth whilst adapting to a constantly evolving market. You will take responsibility for creating a pipeline, responding to tenders, presenting at industry events, generating leads and winning new business.- You will be comfortable selling solutions, rather than off the shelf products or services, with a focus on delivering quality, value and ROI-You will have or be quick to develop a robust understanding of the unique challenges and circumstances our clients face-You should be familiar with their commercial and operational goals, be able to diagnose problems, identify pain points and present and sell solutions within the framework of our offering- You will understand why empathy is so important to successful selling and will use active listening skills to gain insight, critically evaluate prospects and adapt your approach accordingly- You will have the tenacity to cultivate long-term relationships with potential clients and the patience for long purchase cycles and multi-level decision making- You will be a confident and intelligent individual who can swiftly get up to speed with our current offering and market segmentYou will be exceptionally well organised, efficient and adept at compiling and communicating information. As you will be selling technical solutions, this role requires a solid understanding of software applications and digital technology.COVID-19 and Working from HomeThroughout lockdown our employees have been working from home.
