TSR Legal have a brand new opportunity to join one of the best regional firms.Based in South Wales they are a friendly , well established, quality practice in Central Cardiff who are are looking for a Head of Residential and Commercial to join their well respected property department which operates from its Cardiff City Center office in South Wales. The successful candidate will be a diligent, confident, self-motivated and experienced solicitor.As well as running your own quality caseload you will also have day to day management responsibilities including supervising and supporting staff, ensuring the firm and its staff remain compliant and be involved in growing the department. You will report to the managing partner and attend the quarterly Partners meetings.To take on this challenge the successful candidate will have:An exemplary background in property lawTrue leadership qualities such as confidence, vision and tenacityBe very well organised with a proven planned approachComputer literate and competent in the use of MS softwareExcellent communication skills and an approachable mannerYou will be joining an incredibly friendly and supportive firm who have a very low turnover of staff due to the effective management from the partners.
