HandymanCardiff£10.00 per hourMonday - Wednesday800am - 430pmWe are currently looking for and experienced Maintenance / Handyman to undertake Planned and Reactive Maintenance across 2 sites, Cardiff and Monmouth, to undertake reactive and planned maintenance when requested, in line with general building services withinskillsetMain tasks of Handyman* To undertake General Maintenance* To undertake Planned and Reactive Maintenance within your skillset * Manage sub -contractors in line with our policies* Raise any H&S issues on CID* Raise issues on Maximo * Liaise with suppliers to minimise costs whilst keeping good value.* Assist other skilled trades in carrying out maintenance, repairs, testing, inspection and installation work.Transport can be provided, but the use of personal car will also be required with mileage paid.Please send your up to date CV for Immeidate consideration.
