Position: Front of House Staff / BarJob Details: Cardiff & County ClubJob Type: Contract£9.60 per hour Plus Annual BonusPermanentWe are looking for a reliable full time / part time front of house / Bar staff to join our front of house team with good customer service skills, Epos till experience preferable as well as Silver Service but not essential as training will be provided.Cardiff & County Club is a private Members Club we are located in the centre of the city on Westgate Street.We are open for lunch Monday to Saturday and some Sundays with occasional evening functions.In this rle you will be responsible for providing a professional customer service to all Members & their Guests.Duties will include:. To maintain and uphold the highest possible standards and traditions of the Club.. Be smart and alert at all times when carrying out duties within the Club. Responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the bar as required, this includes stock, cashing up and customer care ..To follow the general bar cleaning rota as instructed.. Ensuring the cashing up of the tills is performed accurately and that all billing for Members lunches and special functions are correct.. To ensure Members and Guests are served in the correct manner.. To take orders for food and drinks from Members as instructed.. To assist the Front of House staff in the Lay- up and setting up of tables and chairs as directed for lunch and privet dining events.. To take direction from Front of House Manager/ Supervisor when serving.. To assist the Front of House Manager as directed.This list is not exhaustive; you may be required to do other dutiesCandidate must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
